Simon Malmberg

Simon Malmberg has a diverse work experience with a focus on leadership roles. Simon began their career at DB Schenker i Sverige as a Terminal Worker, where they handled daily deviations in the warehouse and maintained contact with customers and internal departments. Simon then took on the role of Specialist, analyzing production unit quality KPIs and implementing improved working routines and digitized solutions. Simon later became a Group Leader in Production Support, responsible for managing a team that handled claims and safety-related matters. Simon then served as a Group Manager in System Support, overseeing deviations and ensuring timely deliveries. Simon joined Morjas in 2019 as the COO and later took on the role of Chief Product Officer, leading the direct-to-consumer shoe brand towards becoming the #1 brand in their category.

Simon Malmberg completed their Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Industrial Economics and Logistics from the University of Gävle, between the years 2015 and 2018. Prior to this, they attended Walthers Gymnasium from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Social Sciences with a focus on IT and Sports.
