Austin Rief

Austin Rief is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the new media and startup sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Morning Brew Inc. since January 2015, Rief has played a pivotal role in delivering informative and digestible business news to over one million readers daily. In addition, Rief co-owns Oceans, a company that connects operational talent in Sri Lanka with startups worldwide, since May 2023. Prior experience includes an internship as an Incoming Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Moelis & Company and an International Education Intern at StarTau Tel Aviv University Entrepreneurship Center. Rief holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2017.
