OVERVIEW The Account Management Coordinator will assist with day-to-day account management tasks, working closely with many internal teams.

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager (Finance), the coordinator will play an integral role in the daily functions of the Account Ops team.

Working across some of our largest finance accounts, this person will have visibility into all our offerings and gain a deep understanding of how a campaign comes to life!

Our positions are remote hybrid; however, we have a strong preference for employees who can work from our Morning Brew HQ in NYC.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

  • The Account Management Coordinator will have exposure to and support the pre-to-post campaign lifecycle. Your day to day responsibilities may include: 
  • Media Planning: Supporting Account Managers in creation of media plans based on client’s KPIs, budget, timing, capabilities, etc.
  • Campaign Reporting: Pulling and reviewing reporting for advertising campaigns
  • Optimizations and Analysis: Gathering insights to improve campaign performance 
  • Audio Trafficking: Assisting with audio campaign setup in our ad server
  • Maintenance of internal systems and documentation: Ensuring team templates and process documents are up to date with regular audits, CRM updates, archiving of outdated materials, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years in a digital or integrated media environment (i.e. publisher or agency) and a strong passion for the Morning Brew brand. Google product suite, Lightdash, Boostr experience is a plus. 
  • Strong problem solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Passion for and belief in Morning Brew, its mission and its franchises and products.
  • A collaborative, competitive mindset. A passion for the "collaborative win": hitting/exceeding goals and achieving success with the person to your left and to your right.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • No ego.

COMPENSATION $70,000-$75,000 *Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience. Total offer package to include benefits highlighted under our perks section below.
