Amie E. Brooks, ICP-ACC, PMP, PSM, has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries.

Amie is currently working as an Agile Lead at Morning Consult since March 2021.

From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Allegis Global Solutions as a Scrum Master. In this role, they served multiple Scrum teams simultaneously and trained and coached them to align processes with the company's mission.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they worked at Grange Insurance, first as a PMO Supervisor, Customer Interactions, where they oversaw a staff of PMO associates, and then as a Sr. Iteration Manager, PMO - Commercial Lines, where they planned and facilitated Agile development teams working on medium to large organizational projects.

From 2014 to 2015, they worked at HP Enterprise Services as a Domain Lead Managed Care. In this position, they served as a portfolio owner, manager, and advisor and worked with clients to define and prioritize portfolio initiatives.

From 2006 to 2014, they held multiple roles at Progressive Medical, Inc., including Director, Information Services, where they directed software developers, business analysts, and project managers, leading the Agile team to successful delivery of projects. Amie also served as an IS Manager and IS Project Manager during their time at the company.

Before that, from 2003 to 2006, they worked at Bisys as a Support Analyst II / Business Analyst, and from 2002 to 2003, they worked at M/I Home, Inc as a Help Desk Analyst.

Amie has also worked at Ohio State University-Newark & Central Ohio Technical College as a Systems Specialist from 2000 to 2002, at Wiseman Consulting as an IT Consultant from 1998 to 2000, and at Anomatic Corporation as a Production Scheduler from 1989 to 1998.

Amie E. Brooks, ICP-ACC, PMP, PSM holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing & Transportation and Logistics from The Ohio State University. Additionally, they attended DeVry Technical College from 2000 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology.

Amie has further enhanced their credentials with a number of certifications. Amie E. Brooks obtained the ICP-ACC, Agile Coaching certification from ICAgile in March 2019. In March 2011, they acquired the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org. Prior to that, in May 2009, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
