Jason Block

Jason Block has an extensive work experience spanning over many years. Jason currently holds the position of AVP, People Operations & Technology at Morning Consult since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of People Operations at Ontra (formerly InCloudCounsel) from April 2021 to June 2022.

Before that, Jason was with Andela, where they served as the Director of People Operations from August 2019 to April 2021. Jason also held the role of People Operations Manager from September 2017 to July 2019 and Operations Manager from April 2016 to September 2017 at Andela.

Jason's earlier experience includes working as a Regional Supervisor at Super Soccer Stars from 2012 to March 2016 and as an Assistant to the General Manager from August 2010 to 2012. Jason also worked at Innovations in Wallcoverings as an Executive Assistant and Sales Assistant in 2009 and 2008, respectively.

Jason Block earned their Bachelor's Degree in History and English from The College of New Jersey from 2003 to 2008.
