Josephine Shi

Josephine Shi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Josephine started their career as a Research Intern at Peking University in 2010. Josephine then interned at Citi, where they gained exposure to HR and personal wealth management. Josephine then worked as a Human Resources Intern at PING AN INSURANCE (GROUP) COMPANY OF CHINA ,LTD, where they evaluated employee performance and trained the sales department. Josephine later joined Lee & Lee, PS as a Legal Assistant Intern, where they performed office tasks and prepared legal documents.

In 2015, Josephine became an Entrepreneur at Run Harvest International Trade, LLC, where they developed a sales pipeline and managed the supply side of alfalfa hay for international sales. Josephine then worked as a Client Advisor at Gucci, where they provided exceptional client experiences, exceeded sales targets, and cultivated genuine client relationships.

In 2020, Josephine joined Aegis Living as a Business Office Manager, where they served in a managerial role. Josephine is currently working as a Marketing Associate and Marketing and Sales Director at MorningStar Senior Living. Overall, Josephine has a strong background in sales, marketing, operations, and client services.

Josephine Shi attended the University of Washington from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In 2016, they enrolled at Bellevue College and completed an Associate's degree in Computer Science in 2018. Josephine is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Washington, expected to be completed between 2023 and 2025.
