Amanda Dunn Kelly

Amanda Dunn Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Amanda is currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Management at Morningstar since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Walgreens as the Sr. Director, Head of Organizational Development & Capability from May 2020 to July 2023. Amanda also held various positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, including SVP roles in Leadership & Organizational Development, Learning & Leadership Development, and Learning Management. Before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, they worked at Accenture as a Consultant in the Human Performances Service Line. Earlier in their career, Amanda served as a Recruitment & Retention Coordinator at Event 360 and worked in Marketing Communications at Commercial Bank of Africa. Amanda began their professional journey at Aiesec, where they held the positions of National Vice President and Local Committee President.

Amanda Dunn Kelly earned an M.A. in Organizational Social-Psychology with a specialization in Change Management from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Purdue University from 1996 to 2001, majoring in Management with a focus on International Management, Marketing, Creative Writing, Japanese, and Psychology. In 1999, they also studied Japanese Studies at Sophia University.
