Leonie Fresenius

Leonie Fresenius has extensive experience in talent management, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Management, Global Head of Talent Brokerage, and Global Talent Management Key Account Manager at Allianz since April 2017. Prior to this, Leonie was the Regional Sales Manager at Allianz Beratungs- und Vertriebs AG and held roles including Executive Assistant to the CHRO and PMO Global Grading Project at Allianz from July 2011 to March 2015. Leonie's earlier career includes academic roles at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München and internships with the United Nations, Hanns-Seidel Foundation Western Africa, and the European Parliament. Leonie holds an MSc in Sociology from the University of Oxford and has studied at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
