Derek Sellenraad

Derek Sellenraad has a range of experience in business development and sales. Derek started their career as a Corporate Marketing Intern at Barton Malow Company in 2011. Derek then interned as a Transportation Sales Intern at C.H. Robinson in 2012 before becoming a full-time Transportation Sales Executive in 2013. In 2017, Derek joined Morningstar as a Regional Sales Associate, where they built and maintained a book of business and educated clients about Morningstar's product offerings. Derek later became a Regional Sales Director and then a Business Development Executive focused on the Northern California territory. Most recently, Derek held the position of Senior Business Development Executive before being promoted to Vice President of Business Development at Morningstar in July 2022.

Derek Sellenraad attended Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 2009 to 2013, where they received a degree in Sales and Business Marketing. Derek'sfield of study focused on Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations.
