Himanshu Sadana has a strong background in data management and governance, with a focus on reference data and market data. Himanshu is currently the Global Director of Reference, Entity & Realtime Market Data at Morningstar, where they are responsible for developing the golden source of reference data and overseeing data operations and governance. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) and Refinitiv (an LSEG business) in the areas of entity data, market data, and corporate actions data. Before joining LSEG, Himanshu worked at Thomson Reuters, where they led teams in data operations, market data specialists, and exchange market data management. Himanshu started their career as a Data Quality Analyst at Reuters and also gained experience in property management at Il & Fs Property Management & Service Limited. Himanshu has extensive experience in building and strengthening relationships with data suppliers and leading large, complex functions.

Himanshu Sadana, FIA has an education history that includes an M.Tech degree in Industrial & Management Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Himanshu also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial Engineering from G. B. Pant University Of Agriculture & Technology. Additionally, they have completed a Leadership Excellence program (MDP) from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
