Matthew Young, CFA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in equity analysis, currently serving as a Senior Equity Analyst in the Industrials sector at Morningstar since November 2010. In this role, Matthew leads the fundamental research and valuation analysis for approximately 18 stocks within the transportation and third-party logistics industries. Previously, Matthew held positions as an Equity Research Associate at William Blair and Company from 2006 to 2010 and as an Investment Analyst at Morgan Stanley from 2000 to 2004. Matthew holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Wheaton College.
