Meredith Brinson

Meredith (Morales) Brinson serves as the Director of Global Career Development and Transformation at Morningstar, where leadership focuses on supporting early-career professionals. Previously at LinkedIn, Meredith contributed as the Global Career Programs Lead and Senior Global Program Manager in DEI, enhancing career development programs for 21,000 employees and launching innovative initiatives such as LinkedIn's first ERG Pay and Award Program. Additional experience includes diverse talent management roles at U.S. Cellular and Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, as well as providing coaching for underrepresented groups through Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Meredith holds an MPA from Northwestern University and a BA in History from Adelphi University.
