Subodh Jadhav

Subodh Jadhav has a diverse work experience in the technology and software development industry. Subodh started their career in 2006 as an Entrepreneur, establishing their own web and software development firm. During this time, they developed their own product called Ursearch Business Listing website. In 2009, they worked as a Web Developer at Splendornet Technologies. Subsequent to that, they worked as a Web Engineer at UTV Software Communication Ltd. in 2010. In 2011, they joined Morningstar as a Development Team Lead, where they designed and developed a customizable, flexible, scalable, and robust core platform. Subodh also enforced development standards and best practices during their time there. In 2016, they became a Senior Software Developer at Morningstar, and later moved on to the role of Technology Team Lead in 2017. As a Technology Team Lead, they architectured, designed, and developed software applications while mentoring a team on object-oriented designs, patterns, and domain modeling. Subodh also collaborated with offshore teams and internal partners on architectural and delivery issues.

Subodh Jadhav completed a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from JIMS between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology degree in Information Technology from Deogiri College Aurangabad from 2004 to 2007. Subodh'searly education was at Jay Bhavani High School from 1997 to 2002, where they completed their schooling. Subodh has also obtained various certifications from different institutions, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, Leadership Skills, JavaScript (Intermediate) Certificate, and Certified ScrumMaster.
