Wen Feng

Wen Feng currently serves as the Managing Director of Morningstar China since June 2023, following a similar role at Morningstar Sustainalytics for the Greater China Region earlier in 2023. Previously, Wen held significant leadership positions within the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, including Expert Group Leader for the Domestic Waste Sorting Promotion Work Headquarters and Assistant Mayor of Chaoyang District. An academic background includes roles as a Research Fellow at Stanford University and a Research Scientist at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology. Wen also has consulting experience with Oliver Wyman and BP, and has contributed to research at both the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Tsinghua University. Wen Feng holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Technology, Management, and Policy from MIT and multiple advanced degrees from leading institutions.
