Ibtihal Khalid

Ibtihal Khalid is a seasoned professional in business analysis and process architecture with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Business Process Architect at Morouj Commodities Ltd since February 2023, Ibtihal also holds a position on the Board of Directors for the IIBA Sudan Chapter. Previous roles include Business Analyst positions at Khotawat Consultancy and AlmedTech, as well as experience in project management. Additionally, Ibtihal founded and led Soflag Technology as CEO. Early career experience includes a role as a Software Developer at Farmers Commercial Bank. Ibtihal holds a Master’s degree in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, both from the University of Khartoum.
