Shoham Brovender

Shoham Brovender has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

From 2022 to the present, Brovender has been working as a Senior Product Manager at Morphisec. In this role, they have been instrumental in preventing sophisticated endpoint attacks through the use of Morphisec's patented MTD technology. Shoham has also collaborated with various departments such as CTO, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to gather requirements and create a product roadmap. Brovender has contributed to the company's growth by developing new channels and expanding into new markets.

Prior to Morphisec, Brovender worked at Tufin from 2019 to 2022 as a Product Manager. In this role, they conducted discovery sessions with customers and incorporated their feedback into product requirements. Shoham also created product requirement documents (PRD) and developed minimum viable products (MVP).

Before Tufin, Brovender held multiple roles at Bezeq International from 2011 to 2019. Shoham started as a Cisco Product Manager, where they generated and managed pipelines and led interactions with various inter-company departments for successful product launches. Shoham demonstrated strong marketing and messaging skills and conducted customer-facing activities. Brovender also served as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing multiple enterprise projects in the fields of Security, Network, System, and IPT. Additionally, they acted as an Outsourcing Team Leader and a Project Manager, managing teams, conducting interviews, and providing cross-operation project support.

Brovender's work experience also includes roles at 013 Netvision as Head of Communication & IP Telephony and Project Manager from 2008 to 2011. In these positions, they were responsible for ongoing network and IPT projects, reviewing bids, and evaluating project scope, schedule, and budget. Shoham supported engineers in the field and collaborated with vendors to develop training for the integration engineer team.

In 2007, Brovender worked as a Project Manager at Infinity - IT LTD, where they managed .NET projects, defined requirements, and tracked project progress. At Matan Consulting from 2006 to 2007, they served as a Consultant in the Project Management Office (PMO), developing project management methodologies and supporting project managers in creating schedule and budget plans.

Brovender's earlier experience includes working at Israel Electric Company as part of the PMO from 2003 to 2005 and at InterCure as a Webmaster from 2002 to 2003.

Shoham Brovender's education history includes a range of experiences and certifications. In 1998, they began their undergraduate studies at the Holon Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management of Technology. Shoham completed this program in 2002.

Following their undergraduate studies, Shoham Brovender pursued further education and obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2004 and 2006. Their degree focused on Business Administration and Management in a general context, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the field.

More recently, in 2021, Shoham Brovender attended the Product League, where they completed a Product Management mentoring program. This program allowed him to deepen their knowledge and skills in the field of Product Management.

Alongside their formal education, Shoham Brovender also obtained various certifications. In 2022, they earned certifications in Third Party Risk Management from SecurityScorecard and in Blockchain Basics from LinkedIn. In the same year, they also achieved certifications in various aspects of Product Management, including Building a Product Roadmap and Building a Product Strategy, both from LinkedIn.

In 2021, Shoham Brovender obtained several certifications related to Agile Development Practices and the Agile Product Owner role from LinkedIn. Shoham also received certifications in cloud security, including Become a Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) and various CCSP Cert Prep courses covering different aspects of cloud security.
