Yuval Elovici has worked in various roles since 1991. Yuval began their career as a Programming Team Leader for the Government of Israel. In 1998, they became a Consultant for Com.Net.Sec Consulting in Computer and Network Security, and also became Head of Ben-Gurion University Cyber Security Research Center, Full Professor, Director of Telekom Innovation Laboratories at Ben Gurion University, Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer, Lecturer, and Senior Teaching Assistant/Instructor at Ben Gurion University of the Negev. In 2014, they became iTrust Research Director at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and Founder and Board Member at Morphisec.

Yuval Elovici obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 1989. Yuval then went on to receive their Master of Science (MSc) in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the same university in 1991. In 2000, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Information Systems from Tel Aviv University.
