Aleksandra Henze

Aleksandra Henze has a diverse work experience in various finance and business roles. Aleksandra is currently working at MorphoSys as the Director Group FP&A/Business Partner, where they provide financial support to senior leadership, sets targets and standards, and leads a team responsible for analyzing budgets and communicating results. Before that, they served as the Director Commercial & Affiliate Controlling (FP&A)/Business Partner, where they focused on establishing structures and processes for the Commercial Department and US Affiliate.

Prior to joining MorphoSys, Aleksandra worked at Telefónica Germany for many years. Their roles included being a Senior Portfolio Manager Point of Sale, where they contributed to strategy development and change implementation, and a Senior Integration Manager, where they facilitated change initiatives and tracked project milestones. Aleksandra also held positions as Head of Sales FP&A (Sales Channel Management Focus), Head of Performance Management (B2B), and Senior Project Controller & Deputy Head of Corporate FP&A. In these roles, they conducted financial analysis, managed sales reporting, optimized sales reporting systems, and led cost optimization projects.

Earlier in their career, Aleksandra gained experience at T-Mobile in roles such as Functional Controller Sales & Service (FP&A), Project Manager - Product Management, Business Analyst - IT Measurement & Performance, and Assistant to Executive Vice President IT Operations.

Aleksandra Henze's education history begins in 1992 when they enrolled at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Aleksandra pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree, although their field of study is unspecified. Aleksandra completed their studies in 1996. Later, in 1998, Aleksandra attended Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with the title of Diplom-Kauffrau (FH) in 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Aleksandra has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2009, they completed the High Potential Programm at Telefónica Germany. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Marketing and Sales Controlling from Management Forum Ltd. The following year, in 2014, Aleksandra earned a Six Sigma White Belt Certificate from Telefónica Germany. In 2016, they became a certified Scrum Product Owner through Scrum.org. In 2017, they received certifications in Visual Scrum from bikablo akademie and completed Negotiation Training from persolog GmbH. In 2018, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and in 2019, they earned a certification in Design Thinking from Dark Horse GmbH.
