Cem Aydin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Cem is currently working as the Associate Director - Team Lead Logistics and Warehouse at MorphoSys. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr Manager Commercial Supply Chain at the same company. Before joining MorphoSys, Cem worked as Sr Associate II, Distribution and Logistics at Translate Bio, A Sanofi Company. Cem also worked as an Independent Contractor at Amazon and Head of Procurement and Logistics at Turcas Petrol A.Ş. Cem's earlier roles include Procurement Director and Cylinder Logistics Manager at The Linde Group, as well as Distribution Engineer at Birleşik Oksijen Sanayi. Throughout their career, Cem has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of logistics, procurement, contract management, and cost cutting initiatives.

Cem Aydin earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University in 2005. Cem then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from Bahcesehir University, completing it in 2009. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a 6 Sigma Black Belt certification from The Linde Group in January 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification for ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification, however, the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
