Faiz Mohammad Khan

Faiz Mohammad Khan has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and compliance. Faiz Mohammad started their career at Cipla as a Quality Control Analyst from April 2012 to March 2014. Faiz Mohammad then moved on to work at Life Pharmacy as a Pharmacist in July 2014, where they were responsible for dispensing prescription medicines and ensuring their safe supply and labeling. From November 2014 to May 2016, they worked as a Technical Training Coordinator at Julphar, where they developed training curriculum and maintained training records for on-the-job training and cGMP training.

Faiz joined Abbott in June 2016 and held multiple roles within the company. Faiz Mohammad started as a Quality Specialist, where they supported product development, technology transfer, and document management activities. Faiz Mohammad then became a Senior QA Specialist, conducting GCP audits and ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice standards. From April 2022 to July 2022, they served as a QA Manager, overseeing technology transfer, clinical quality assurance, and providing technical support.

Currently, Faiz is working at MorphoSys as an Associate Director of Quality Assurance GCP. In this role, they provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams on GCP-related activities. Faiz Mohammad also develops and implements a risk-based audit strategy to ensure compliance with GCP/GVP/GLP regulations.

Throughout their career, Faiz has demonstrated expertise in GCP compliance, audit planning and execution, and training program development.

Faiz Mohammad Khan earned a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, which they attended from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Pharmacy at the same institution from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Faiz has obtained several certifications, including Essential GCP for Sponsors from Brookwood Global in October 2022, New Manager Foundations from the Project Management Institute, Washington DC Chapter, Inc in January 2021, and Understanding Unconscious Bias from Abbott in January 2021.
