Debarshi Dey

Debarshi Dey has a diverse work experience in the field of biostatistics and data management. Debarshi is currently serving as the Head of Biostatistics and Data Management at MorphoSys since July 2021. Previously, they worked as a Senior Manager at Boston Scientific from April 2021 to July 2021.

Prior to that, Debarshi held the position of Associate Director at MorphoSys from May 2018 to April 2021. Debarshi also worked as a Senior Biostatistician at LivaNova from August 2016 to May 2018.

Debarshi has experience as a Senior Biostatistician at AB Science, where they were involved in the design and development of a pivotal Phase 3 protocol. Debarshi also worked on major protocol amendments, development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for statistical tasks, and conducted dry runs and validation processes. Debarshi Dey has a strong educational background in statistics. Debarshi completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Statistics from Calcutta University in 2002. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Statistics from the University of Calcutta, which they successfully obtained in 2004. Debarshi then sought further education and completed their Ph.D. in Statistics at the University of California, Riverside, between 2005 and 2010. Additionally, Debarshi attended Don Bosco School, where they completed ISC and ICSE (Class I - Class XII).
