Dwayne Hauschild

Dwayne Hauschild has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Dwayne started their career as a Sales Development Representative at Inamed Aesthetics, where they excelled in cold calling and promoting aesthetic products. Dwayne received multiple President Club Awards for exceeding sales goals. Dwayne then transitioned to Merck as a Vaccine Specialty Sales Representative, where they successfully launched new vaccines into the pediatric market and achieved high sales performance. At GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH, they served as a Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. Dwayne then joined Novartis Vaccine Division, where they held various roles, including Executive Vaccine Sales Specialist and Field Sales Trainer. Dwayne achieved top sales performance and successfully launched Menveo in the United States. Dwayne also worked on process improvements and partnership with the Department of Defense Representative. Dwayne later joined Myriad Genetics as an Oncology Account Executive, responsible for increasing genetic test samples and educating physicians about the value of genetic testing.
