Jennifer Divincenzo

Jennifer DiVincenzo has a diverse work experience in compliance roles. Jennifer is currently serving as the Senior Director of US Compliance at MorphoSys since April 2022. Before that, Jennifer worked at Sobi - North America from May 2019 to April 2022 as the Director of Compliance. Prior to that, they were associated with EMD Serono, Inc. from January 2017 to April 2019, initially as an Associate Director of North America Healthcare Compliance and later as a Compliance Program Manager. Jennifer also gained experience at DePuy Orthopaedics as an Analyst in Health Care Compliance from October 2009 to May 2011. Jennifer started their career at DePuy Spine, where they served as an Analyst and Associate Analyst in Medical Affairs from June 2005 to October 2009, and also worked as a Customer Service Co-Op from April 2001 to June 2005.

Jennifer DiVincenzo attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Marketing. Jennifer later pursued further education at the same university from 2007 to 2010, completing a master's degree in Business Administration. In 2010, Jennifer attended Seton Hall University School of Law for a certification in Health Care Compliance.
