Kelly Kaufman

Kelly Kaufman has over 19 years of work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Kelly is currently working at MorphoSys as the Head of Global QA Operations since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Global Quality ad interim from October 2022 to March 2023 and Head of US Quality from November 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining MorphoSys, Kelly worked at Constellation Pharmaceuticals, a MorphoSys company, as the Sr. Director of Quality Assurance, CMC from January 2020 to November 2021. Kelly also has experience at Array BioPharma Inc. (acquired by Pfizer) as the Director of Quality Assurance Development from July 2019 to January 2020.

Kelly's previous experience includes working at Avista Pharma Solutions (now part of Cambrex) as the QA Director from January 2016 to July 2019, and as the QA Manager from June 2015 to December 2015. Kelly also worked at Array BioPharma Inc. as the QA Manager from October 2014 to June 2015, Sr. QA Specialist from October 2010 to October 2014, QA Specialist from October 2007 to October 2010, Associate QA Specialist from March 2006 to October 2007, and Research Associate from August 2003 to March 2006.

Kelly began their career as an intern at Bristol-Myers Squibb in May 2002 and worked there until August 2002.

Kelly Kaufman obtained an Associate's degree in Chemistry from Northeastern Junior College from 1999 to 2001. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry at Colorado State University from 2001 to 2003.
