Max Fischer

National Director Enterprise Accounts - Market Access at MorphoSys

Max Fischer has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Starting from 1992, Max worked as an Oncology Diagnostics & Capital Equipment Sales Representative at Pharmalucence for five years before transitioning to Johnson & Johnson. At Johnson & Johnson, Max served as an Oncology Product Specialist in Community Clinics for two years, followed by the role of an Institutional Product Specialist in Oncology Sales for two years. Later, Max became a Product Manager for Oncology Marketing for three years and then a Director in the Business Solutions Group, focusing on Strategic Customer Group for three years. As a Sr. Full Line Sales Representative at Johnson & Johnson, Max was responsible for selling surgical instrumentation and equipment for minimally invasive procedures across various specialties.

In 2011, Max ventured into entrepreneurship and established W-Fischer Enterprise LLC, where they acted as the Principal and Owner. The company operated as an independent distributor and supplier of medical and surgical products in North America.

Moving forward, Max joined Dendreon in 2013 as a Regional Product Manager in Oncology and Urology. In this role, Max developed and executed regional marketing plans, built relationships with key customers, and promoted the appropriate use of Provenge, a prostate cancer treatment.

In 2015, Max joined Sandoz as a Regional Account Manager in Oncology, where they developed and maintained valuable relationships with assigned accounts within commercial, government, and healthcare market segments.

Max later worked at Spectrum Pharmaceuticals as a Corporate Account Manager, where they were responsible for major Oncology and Hematology therapeutics in the NY/NJ region. Max successfully launched two new products in both community oncology and hospital market channels.

From 2017 to 2022, Max held various roles at Cardinal Health. Initially, they served as a Director in Oncology & Urology Sales, leading regional teams and managing executive-level relationships with healthcare professionals. Later, Max transitioned into the role of an Account Executive in Manufacturer GPO Sales and Solutions, driving portfolio growth and developing contracting and sales strategies.

Currently, Max is the National Director of Enterprise Accounts - Market Access at MorphoSys, a position they assumed in 2022.

Max Fischer attended Gordon College from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Business. In addition to their formal education, Max has also completed several certifications, including Advanced Facilitation Skills from Tamara Jacob Communications Inc., Introduction to Lean Thinking and Value Stream Mapping from J&J Process Excellence, Pharmaceutical Marketing Excellence from Johnson & Johnson, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
