Philippe Serrano

Philippe Serrano has extensive work experience in regulatory affairs, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry. Philippe began their career as a Senior Regulatory Officer at Baxter Healthcare in 1994, and later worked as a Manager/Senior Regulatory Officer at Aventis (EU) from 1998 to 2000. Philippe then served as an Associate Director at Aventis Pharmaceutical from 2000 to 2002. From 2003 to 2006, Serrano held the position of Director and Senior Director, Head of Regulatory Affairs at NicOx. Philippe then became the Vice-President and Head of Regulatory Affairs and Safety at NicOx from 2007 to 2011. Serrano joined Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany in 2013 as the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs Oncology, and continued in a similar role at EMD Serono, Inc. from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Serrano is the SVP and Head of Global Regulatory Affairs at MorphoSys since 2019.

Philippe Serrano attended the University of Montpellier, where they studied an undisclosed field of study.
