Thomas Tiller

Associate Director - Intellectual Property at MorphoSys

Thomas Tiller has a strong background in intellectual property and scientific research. Thomas began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in 1999. Thomas then joined the University of Miami as a Research Associate in 2003. In 2004, they worked as a Visiting Research Scholar in Molecular Immunology at Rockefeller University. In 2006, they became a Graduate Student at the Max Planck Institute for Infection Biology.

In 2009, Thomas joined MorphoSys as a Scientist and later advanced to the role of Senior Scientist. Thomas worked in this capacity until 2016. From 2017 to 2018, they served as an Analyst and Manager of Intellectual Property at MorphoSys. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Manager and held this position until 2023, when they became an Associate Director of Intellectual Property at the same company. Currently, Thomas's employment at MorphoSys is ongoing.

Thomas Tiller completed their education with a Diploma in Molecular Medicine from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. Thomas pursued further studies and obtained a Ph.D. in Biology (IMPRS and Humboldt University) from the Max Planck Institute for Infection Biology between 2006 and 2009.
