Yulia Kuptsova

Yulia Kuptsova has a range of work experience in various industries. Yulia worked as a Legal Advisor at IELPE GROUP Ltd from April 2019 to November 2019. Following that, they joined the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine as a PR & Event Manager from May 2020 to December 2020. Yulia then took on the role of Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at an HR recruiting agency focused on Start-ups from January 2021 to July 2021. In this position, they were responsible for recruiting candidates for Ukrainian FinTech/IT companies and managing the recruiting process. After that, they worked as a Recruiter at the same agency from July 2021 to February 2022, where they continued to recruit candidates and specialize in IT, Management, Key Account & Sales Managers, and CEO Assistant roles. Currently, Yulia is working as a Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst at MorphoSys, starting in April 2022.

Yulia Kuptsova completed their education at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University from 2013 to 2019. During this time, they obtained a Master of Law degree with a specialization in Law.
