Jason Rotter Cfm

Jason Rotter, CFM, is an experienced Assistant Planner at Morris County Government since August 2018, contributing to land development review, open space preservation, flood mitigation, and cultural resources inventories using GIS and data management tools. Prior to this role, Jason served as a Sales Associate at Bed Bath & Beyond and completed internships at Lancaster City Alliance and Compliance Plus Services, Inc., where project work included data analysis and neighborhood revitalization efforts. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies with a focus on Geography and Design, along with a minor in Environmental Hazards and Emergency Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
