Erick Ceballos

Erick Ceballos joined the MPH, Inc. team in November of 2011 as Survey Project Manager. He is an accomplished land surveyor and project manager with a successful broad-based career defining and guiding the implementation of industry best practices, standards, processes, and tools to strengthen organizations and drive competitive growth. He has been managing projects for over 7 years, and in 2016, Mr. Ceballos was promoted to Office Manager for the Midland office. He currently manages all aspects of the projects from beginning to completion. He has gained field and office experience while working on pipeline construction projects, well location projects, property boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layouts. In 2020, Mr. Ceballos was promoted to Vice President of San Antonio & Midland Operations. He oversees all operations for these operational areas.

With over 14 years of strong professional qualifications, Mr. Ceballos oversees projects related to the oil and gas industry. He has the proven ability to navigate complex situations while prudently mitigating risks, identifying value creation opportunities, and building strategic partners. As Senior Project Manager/Midland office Manager, he is in responsible charge over the following: Client Liaison, project coordination and planning, directing field crews, survey technicians, CAD operators, performing and checking computations, monitoring safety performances of subordinates, managing individual equipment and office supplies, preparing project proposals, cost estimates, project status, and cost reporting, evaluating personnel, maintaining computer hardware and software, maintaining professional development, maintaining communication with field and office personnel to determine potential job-related issues, and preparing plats and drawings using ACAD.

In 2004, Mr. Ceballos received his Bachelor of Science degree in Land Surveying and Mapping from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico- San Juan, PR, and has since then continued to pursue his career in Registered Professional Land Surveying in several different states including Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
