William Cagle

William “Cass” Cagle joined MPH in 2008 and currently serves as the Vice President of Environmental and Regulatory Services. Mr. Cagle’s responsibilities include companywide business development and overseeing the environmental and regulatory operations for all MPH offices.

Since joining MPH in 2008, Mr. Cagle has assisted multiple clients with the acquisition of various local, state, and federal environmental & regulatory permits. He is regarded as a detail-oriented professional with the ability to successfully navigate current regulatory requirements and permitting processes. Mr. Cagle has worked with clients in a variety of market sectors, including oil & gas, electrical transmission & distribution, and renewable energy.

Mr. Cagle received his Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern State University (Natchitoches, LA) in 2006. He went on to receive his Master’s Degree from the University of Louisiana-Monroe in 2008.
