Jeanne Greenig

Jeanne Greenig, CDM, CFPP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Dining Services at Morrison Living since August 2021, previously holding the position of Director of Dining Services at Elior North America and Sodexo. With extensive experience in culinary leadership, Jeanne has overseen the execution of over 1,000 daily meals and managed multi-million dollar budgets. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Sodexo and Cura Hospitality, as well as Food Service Manager at Sisters of the Order of St. Benedict, where Jeanne developed training programs for staff. Jeanne started in the industry as Lead Cook/Kitchen Manager at Good Shepherd Community and as Executive Chef at Ciatti's. Education includes studies at the Institute of Culinary Education and Kean University.
