Erin McNamara Boucher

Erin is a partner in the Worcester office of Morrison Mahoney. She is an experienced litigation attorney who concentrates her practice on the defense of physicians, nurses and other medical professionals in medical malpractice and professional liability matters. Erin’s practice also includes the representation of clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including construction law issues, products liability, and premises liability.

Erin has served as a lecturer for the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) on deposition techniques, and has authored several articles on insurance coverage and various construction law related topics.
