Linda Smith

Linda is a partner in the Manchester office of Morrison Mahoney. She concentrates her practice in primarily tort defense, employment and professional liability cases. Linda has represented attorneys, insurance agents, accountants and home inspectors. Linda also handles coverage disputes and interpleader complaints. She has been a litigator for more than 26 years and has been with the firm for over 16 years.
