Letha Ebelt

Letha is focused on making Morrison-Maierle an extraordinary place to work by helping employee-owners live by the company’s Core Values. She works closely with senior management to assist employee-owners in achieving their professional and personal growth goals. Letha began her career at Morrison-Maierle in 2006 as the Benefits Manager and was promoted to the Chief Human Resource Officer in 2012. She has a B.A. from the University of Montana in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Finance. Letha enjoys participating in the various community service events that Morrison-Maierle supports such as assembling Kids Packs for the Helena Food Share and Spirit of Service.
