Katayoon Iravani

Kat has a passion for business. While at California State University, Northridge, Kat earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Law. Since graduating from Loyola Law School in 2019, Kat has dedicated herself to assisting business owners and entrepreneurs. Although she has experience litigating business and contract disputes, her primary focus as an attorney has been in business law. In that capacity, not only has she facilitated the organization of numerous business entities, but she has also helped these businesses maintain legal compliance and growth. Her practice encompasses all aspects of corporate governance and finance, including corporate structuring and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, private placements and securities compliance.

As an associate at Morrison Rothman LLP, Kat has excelled at maintaining a high level of communication and working directly with Morrison Rothman’s clients. By taking the time to involve the client, and incorporating their goals, concerns, values, and feedback, Kat has managed to help solve a number of complex and challenging legal problems.

Kat enjoys her free time by spending it with her family and indulging in new eateries in Los Angeles.
