Arun Venkat is a seasoned Change Manager with extensive experience in leading change processes and managing teams across the telecommunications and IT sectors. Currently at Morrison Telecom Services since October 2018, Arun oversees a team of analysts, ensures timely delivery of projects, and enhances operational efficiencies through innovative solutions such as an in-house App Store and a mobile delivery platform. Previously, Arun held various roles at Dell EMC from July 2006 to April 2018, coordinating global change projects, establishing Release and Change management processes, and enhancing service delivery.
