Rachel Eyre is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leading customer and marketing strategies for major British retailers. Currently serving as the Chief Customer and Marketing Officer at Morrisons since April 2021, Rachel previously held several key positions at Sainsbury's from August 2015 to April 2021, including Group Director of Brand Comms and Creative, where leadership of a 175-strong team and a £200 million marketing budget was instrumental in shaping marketing communications across various brands. Previous roles at Barclays from September 2009 to July 2015 include Chief of Staff and Director of Brand, Reputation, Citizenship & Marketing, overseeing a global marketing team and large-scale investment. Rachel holds a Master of Philosophy in Linguistics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Imperial College Business School, both awarded with distinction, as well as a BA in French and German with Dutch from the University of Nottingham.
