Andrew Stevenson

Andrew Stevenson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andrew currently serves as the Head of International Shareholder Engagement at Morrow Sodali, where they focus on developing a global shareholder engagement offering to support effective shareholder communications strategies for corporate clients worldwide. Prior to this, Andrew worked as a Shareholder Engagement Specialist at Investor Update, supporting issuers with proxy solicitation campaigns and corporate governance roadshows for major European and UK companies. Andrew also held the position of Shareholder Engagement Manager - Business Development at Shareholder Risk Guidance, where they contributed to business development efforts. In addition, Andrew worked as a Business Development Manager at CMi2i, where they developed relationships with issuers, shareholders, and advisers to provide proxy solicitation services. Before this, they served as a Senior Associate at Boudicca Proxy Consultants, focusing on sales to UK issuers and promoting corporate governance roadshows. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked as a Chief Nappy Changer at Professional Dad, a Stock Broker at Merchant Securities, an Institutional Sales Trader at Sal Oppenheim, a Fund Pricing Analyst at Macquarie Group, and an Institutional Settlements Clerk at JP Morgan Chase.

Andrew Stevenson's education history includes attending the ICGN in 2012 for ESG studies and British Cycling in 2011-2012 for Cycle Coaching. In 2002, they attended BPP for Investments and Securities. Andrew'searlier education took place at Chiswick Comprehensive from 1981-1987. In addition, Andrew obtained the Investment Management Certificate from CISI in February 2006 and became an Authorized Person CF30 through CISI in July 2002.
