Esther Pacheco

Esther Pacheco's work experience begins in 2007 as an HR Assistant at UMass Memorial Medical Center. Esther then moved on to work as a Peer Assistant at the College Transition Program at Boston College in 2011. In 2012, Pacheco worked as an Entertainment Intern/Writer for Metro Newspaper. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Auxiliares de Conversacion at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange, where they motivated scholars and assisted with English language activities. Starting in 2014, Pacheco joined Excel Academy Charter Schools, initially as an Operations Associate and later as an Operations Manager and Associate Dean of Operations, where they managed various operational aspects of the school and contributed to goal setting and analysis. Esther'smost recent position was with MORSE Corp, where they served as the Head of Business Operations.

Esther Pacheco completed their regular/general high school/secondary diploma program from University Park Campus School from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, they enrolled at Boston College and pursued a bachelor's degree in Psychology/Film Studies, which they successfully completed in 2013. During their time at Boston College, Esther also had the opportunity to study abroad at Universidad de 'San Andrés' in 2011, where they focused on History and Culture. In 2008, they took part in a part-time coursework in Mathematics at Clark University.
