Prior to that, Ethan held various leadership positions in government offices and consulting firms, providing expert advice on legislative matters, national security, and public advocacy campaigns. Ethan has a strong background in overseeing federal oversight, legislation, and strategic planning in the public sector. Ethan holds a Master of Arts in National Security Policy Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, among other educational achievements.
