Stephanie Milner

Stephanie Milner, currently the Associate Vice President and Head of Commercial and Multifamily Policy at Mortgage Bankers Association, leads the commercial/multifamily public policy team responsible for advocacy efforts related to commercial real estate. With previous experience at Fannie Mae as a Senior Director in various roles, Stephanie has expertise in strategy development, managing multi-year change efforts, and overseeing structured finance transactions. Prior to Fannie Mae, Stephanie worked as an Associate Attorney at law firms specializing in affordable housing and structured finance. Stephanie holds a JD from Emory University School of Law and a BS in Finance from Florida State University.
