Erich Fernandez

Software Engineer at MortgageHippo

Erich Fernandez has worked in the software engineering industry since 2005. Erich's first job was as Lead Programmer at Pordiversion, Inc., where they worked on web and Adobe Flash development for educational software, games for marketing campaigns, and web development. Erich was part of the front-end development team for the former Lexus of Puerto Rico website and the former Toyota of Puerto Rico and Scion of Puerto Rico websites. In 2009, they started a small development shop primarily focused on Adobe Flash development and educational software, called Reboot Development Studio. In 2012, they began working at DigitalTree, Inc. as a Senior Web Developer, where they served primarily as lead full-stack developer on the Gustazos account. In 2015, they were hired as Lead Developer at Gustazos.com, where they were in charge of all development activities for the website, including general maintenance, implementation of new features, expansion of internal tools, and management of other development team members. In 2019, they joined Revvin (formerly MortgageHippo) as a Software Engineer.

Erich Fernandez received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Puerto Rico-Bayamon between 2001 and 2005.
