Elaine Morgan

Elaine is paralegal in the Commercial Real Estate team, based in Glasgow.

She qualified from the University of Strathclyde in 2005.

Elaine deals with all aspects of title work, including dealing with the due diligence aspects of purchases, the drafting and negotiation of all relevant conveyancing documentation, as well as drafting and negotiating dispositions, securities, discharges and search requests. Elaine is part of the Housebuilding team.
