Paul Geoghegan

Paul is a Partner in our Corporate division in Glasgow.

Paul is an experienced and commercial lawyer specialising in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, private equity, commercial contracts, joint ventures, company start-ups, partnerships and director disputes.

He is also the head of our Sports Law team and the principal legal advisor for a number of sports clubs and governing bodies. Paul is also a non-executive director of Scottish Hockey.
