Stacey Regan RD, LDN is an experienced Clinical Dietitian currently working at Morton Hospital and Sturdy Memorial Hospital since November 2015, while also serving as a Registered Dietitian at Autumn Glen Assisted Living Community since June 2013. Stacey's extensive background includes roles at Sodexo, Southcoast Health System, and St. Luke's Hospital, where responsibilities involved analyzing nutritional status, implementing dietary interventions, conducting educational sessions, and training staff. With a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island, Stacey also contributed as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and volunteered with SNAP-Ed Community Nutrition, demonstrating a commitment to nutrition education and community service.
