Miguel Peralta

Miguel Peralta has extensive work experience in human resources and personnel management. Miguel currently serves as the Human Capital Director at Morton Subastas. Prior to this, they were an HR Executive Consultant at Grupo Garam Seguros and a Socio Director at Recruiters and HR Advisors. Miguel has also held positions such as Human Capital Director at Transportes LIPU, Regional HR Director at Dalton Corporación, Human Resources Director at Toyota Motor Sales de Mexico, and Human Resources Director at Toyota Financial Services Mexico. Miguel began their career as a Personnel Chief at Grupo Jumex and later served as a Personnel Chief at BMW Group Mexico. Miguel has a strong background in various HR functions such as talent management, compensation and benefits administration, payroll processing, and staff development.

Miguel Peralta holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad Anáhuac, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993. Miguel further pursued higher education at the same university and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 1996 to 2014. Additionally, they attended Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México for a short period in 2002 to 2003 to complete a diploma in Human Resources Management.
