Kaitlin Buff

Kaitlin Buff is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in customer service, event coordination, and team management. Currently serving as a member of the Ball Crew and Blue Crew for the Los Angeles Dodgers since May 2022, Kaitlin performs essential in-game functions and coordinates pre-game ceremonies in collaboration with the DodgerVision production team. As a barista at Coffee Commissary and an axe coach at Mo's House of Axe, Kaitlin demonstrates strong customer service and training abilities. Previous roles include managing operations and implementing business growth ideas at Hi-Fi Espresso, assisting clients in mortgage processes at C2 Financial Corporation, and contributing to design projects at Casi Long Design and Akira Technologies, Inc. Kaitlin's background also includes being a student-athlete at The George Washington University, where a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing was earned.
