Ersi Emmanouilidou

Lead Process Engineer at Mosa Meat

Ersi Emmanouilidou has a diverse work experience in the fields of process engineering, brewing, and research. Ersi is currently working at Mosa Meat as the Lead Process Engineer since January 2023, after previously serving as a Process Engineer from March 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Beavertown Brewery as a Senior Brewer from December 2020 to December 2021 and as a Brewer from October 2018 to December 2020. Before joining Beavertown Brewery, Ersi was a Brewer at BrewDog from September 2016 to October 2018. Ersi'searliest work experience was as a Research Associate at the University of Athens from September 2013 to March 2015.

Ersi Emmanouilidou's education history includes a range of academic achievements.
