Ersi Emmanouilidou

Ersi Emmanouilidou has a diverse work experience in the fields of process engineering, brewing, and research. Ersi is currently working at Mosa Meat as the Lead Process Engineer since January 2023, after previously serving as a Process Engineer from March 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Beavertown Brewery as a Senior Brewer from December 2020 to December 2021 and as a Brewer from October 2018 to December 2020. Before joining Beavertown Brewery, Ersi was a Brewer at BrewDog from September 2016 to October 2018. Ersi'searliest work experience was as a Research Associate at the University of Athens from September 2013 to March 2015.

Ersi Emmanouilidou's education history includes a range of academic achievements. Ersi obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management from The Open University, studying from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Professional Certificate in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The Open University between 2018 and 2019.

In 2015 to 2016, Ersi attended Heriot-Watt University and earned a Master's degree in Brewing and Distilling. Earlier in their academic journey, they received a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Crete from 2008 to 2013.

Furthermore, Ersi Emmanouilidou pursued higher education at the Anatolia College of Thessaloniki from 2002 to 2008. Although the field of study for their Higher Education degree is unknown.
