Rachel Salasky has extensive experience in payroll management and coordination. Rachel began their career as a Student at Hillsdale College from 2008 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Mosaic Employer Solutions as a Payroll Specialist, where they processed payroll for 150 clients, managed garnishments and wage attachments, and provided excellent customer service. Rachel then worked at CH2M HILL as a Payroll Specialist from 2014 to 2016, processing multi-state payrolls and conducting audits. Rachel then joined PCL Construction as a Payroll/Accounting Coordinator, responsible for full-cycle payroll processing and acting as an interim accountant. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Liberty Oilfield Services as a Payroll Lead, overseeing corporate payrolls and providing support to the payroll specialists. Currently, they are a Payroll Implementation Manager at Mosaic HCM, leveraging their skills in implementing payroll processes.

Rachel Salasky attended Ralston Valley High School from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Diploma in the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Following this, they attended Hillsdale College from 2008 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. In September 2014, Rachel obtained the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification from the American Payroll Association (APA).
